R# Settings Manager is a JetBrains ReShaper plugin that adds extended ReSharper settings management and sharing capabilities. It provides flexibility in settings sharing and allows you to load and save ReSharper settings such as Inspection Severity (Highlighting), Code Annotations, Code Clean-up, Code Style, To-do Items, Agent Johnson plug-in settings, and Agent Smith plug.
